Spring Butterfly Baby

I have not abandoned my passion! No! no! no! Amids't the really bad slump, I tried to atleast keep myself afloat by doing this small design. As you can see, there is something wrong with this project!!! One should never force themselves to stitch when on a really bad bout of slump! LOL

The design did not stay in the center, can you see?? There is more space towards the right side. I started in the middle, crawling towards her head, but, God knows what happened, when i finished her head i realized that the stitches i did at the center (they were suppose to connect) had been an inch or two further than where they were supposed to be. I hope you know what i mean!!! So since her head was already finished, i went on and frogged those and moved the stitches that were supposed to be in the center (they aren't in the center anymore) Ugh!! malfunction! malfunction!!! O_o

I am hoping there will be enough space to the left for mounting and framing. That's my only wish..I will continue with her until she's done, and hope I did not succumbed myself into something where i would wish to rip it all apart. LOL

As to the fabbie, i dyed it myself, I am not so crazy about it. LOL (i'm not a pink or yellow/in the case yellow green person)And i had no hopes of dyeing another one. Hehe

Thank you for visiting. Have a lovely day!!

*hugs* Noreen :) Your Spring Butterfly Baby is going to be gorgeous and I really like your fabbie, you are pretty amazing dyeing it yourself! If I am ever worried about room I work out how many more stitches to go to the small side and count across :)

I couldn't even tell there was a spacing problem! But what counts is what you think! LOL! It's a really cute picture though and I think the fabric fits!

Good job sis on your dyeing thing. Spring butterfly is really lovely, I didn't notice at all that it's not centered. But from the look of it, I can see you still have allowance on the sides for framing.

Sensya na sis ha, I haven't been online lately. I thought na ok na ko pero it turned out na naging grabe pa ubo ko. I'm under medication since the other day, and makes me drowsy, 3x a day pa naman ang take ko. Nakalutang ang beauty ko, heaven men, lol!

Ayan, iinom na ko maya maya after ng brunch, kaya bangag na naman ako nito, adik! hehehehe.

Ingats sis.

Hmm..i don't see anything wrong with your Spring Butterfly Baby even after you said so. Don't worry, a few stitches wouldn't make lots of difference :)

I think your fabric is lovely Noreen! And I wouldn't have noticed the design was off-centre if you hadn't pointed it out.

I like the fabric! And it looks like you should still have enough room - if all else fails you can always sew some muslin to the one side to help give more room for framing. :)
